Twice this thing happened. I've ordered my medication online and its taking them forever to issue the order to chemist. I phoned just now and I've told them I'm on my last tablet and probably won't have anything to take in maybe a week until the time they issue the order. If something happened to me because of not taking my medication, I'll take them accountable and still they're not bothered. Not very professional, reception and doctors alike. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I am very satisfied with the service I receive from this practice. I have found them to be very responsive and when I have had face-to-face consultations, the Doctor in question has been highly professional, knowledgeable and empathetic.

My most recent consultation was yesterday (03.01.25) with Dr Saheb Rehman, who has definitely chosen the right profession. He is an absolute delight to deal with and an excellent clinician.

I have read some of the negative reviews on here and I have to say I'm very surprised that people have had poor experiences with the practice. Fortunately that certainly isn't my own experience.

Completely incompetent doctors, who even do not touch the patient to examine properly. Their only aim is to refuse any treatment. One must arrive in a catafalque in order to get any treatment at all. Usual NHS disgrace.

Genuinely the worst drs I’ve ever been. I’ve been with them for a good few years now. Booking an appointment is ridiculous, twice my appointments have been cancelled without notifications !!!! Absolutely no communication between any of the staff. On another note the muscular skeletal team are not nice or friendly at all! I got told I’m too fat and need to lose a lot of weight which was completely out of order. Ridiculous place I WILL be switching asap.

We tuck our lad to the circumcision clinic here... and I have to say everyone involved the Dr and support staff did a fanatic job... the Dr went through everything before during and after... the whole processes was very professional. Local anesthestic was used and we were allowed to view the procedure... reading up on the the whole thing and finding the right clinic I have to say we were very pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommend.

Never had an issue getting an appointment, other than when you had to ring at 8am. The online booking system seems to be working well for me and my family. Receptionists have always been polite and on the whole helpful; the nurses who do the bloods are amazing too. I've always been able to get my children in for an appointment whenever needed aswell.

Not only did they barely treat me they dragged their feet the entire time. Every single time I went they dismissed my concerns and didn't listen to me. If you have mental health concerns or have trouble communicating and need someone to listen to what you say, do not go here 🙂
