I was under this facility for three years. The help I had was such a boost for my mental health. I had a phsycologist and a community nurse who came once a week. When I was discharged I was so upset but I knew it was time to try and get on with my life. I will never forget the staff here

My father has been suffering from mental illness for along as I can remember, he had a worker previously who was amazing and he helped him so much, now he has a female worker who doesn't help always on sick or leave, doesn't come and give him his medication on time leaves it weeks late so he becomes poorly and then rejects it, his money got stopped and she was meant to help him it's been a year and half now and she's still not done nothing about it, he's been let down by this system so so badly
