Hathaway have now automated not being able to get an appointment. You ring up then are told you will be sent a link. You will then not be able to access online website as all appointment have gone even if you logon at 8.05.
Fundamental problem is to many patients, but this won't change as patients = £££££ for the partners.
The staff, nurses, doctors are all fine but you can't get to see anyone.. which is the whole point of a doctors surgery.. don't you think.?

Lovely staff overall.
The urgent care at the New Road is amazing. Been there several times and no fault.
Literally l had best experience today with Anna today. She's beyond excellent.

The Urgent Care Centre at this address is amazing - the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. So glad my GP surgery referred me to them. Keep up the excellent work Matthew and team!

Absolutely agree with above post , doctor turek tells lies . This surgery is terrible , this no care , reception staff rude and aggressive ,
Appointment system does not work , staff dealing with people wanting appointments with nothing available , this surgery is in a management crisis, come people of Chippenham ! Demand some care ! Let’s get together and demand some respect , we re not putting up this poor care any longer .

The doctors are pretty helpful but the booking system is a joke! Constant line busy and when you do get to speak to someone they want you off the phone ASAP.
