Arrived 15 mins before appointment, receptionist was very polite and helpful, only waited 10 mins after my appointment time. The physio I saw was very friendly and listened to what I had to say, left feeling satisfied and at ease with my shoulder pains.

I always find the reception team very helpful and polite , no issues at all. They will try to get you an appointment or at least a telephone call from the GP or Pharmacist based at the surgery.

Shambles of a place. Wait times of 45minutes+ on the phones. Always behind on appointments due to emergencies apparently
This surgery needs sorting out.
Waited in a queue for 20 minutes today just to speak to reception.

With out a doubt the worst doctors surgery ever my mother is a bed ridden alzheimer’s patient who we’ve been trying to get a doctor out as she isn’t eating or drinking had a phone call from the doctor who said best she can do is order a blood test . . Total waste of space

Fortunately I don’t see a G.P that often but each time I do I arrive early and I’m seen late. Yet again a wait of 25 mins this morning for appt at 9.10 (previously 30 & 45mins) to see the doctor. Called into consulting room and sat down. Waited for the doctor to finish typing notes from previous patient which became an awkward amount of time! Doctor appeared disinterested and asked questions i had already provided the answers too in my history 🤦‍♂️
I have little confidence in this surgery.

Turned my 1year old away from his third lot of vaccination claiming he was late for his appointment when they were early.

3 years later I take my daughter for her vaccinations booked in for 3:30pm and they changed it with out warning to 2:40pm making us late.

The Doctor refused to see my 91 year old Mum with breathing difficulties on her 2nd visit in two days. She ended up in hospital that night and is still there now. If the Doctor had done their job properly it would have possibly saved a considerable drain on NHS resources, to say nothing of having looked after my Mum properly

Ridiculous place. Wait times of 45minutes+ on the phones. Ended up driving in to speak to someone. No one on reception. But you can see 3/4 people in the back drinking tea at their desks. No one came out to say they’ll be a minute or anything.
NOBODY walks out of this surgery pleased with the service. So many complaints - but it never gets any better, upper management/NHS need to audit/look in to this surgery as it is the worst doctors surgery I have ever experienced.
