John & his staff at Haswell chemists are always lovely. They will always do everything they can to assist you best with what you need & give fantastic advice on which over the counter products will aid you best for your ailments. Plus John is always so kind & welcoming & always gives my little girl a free vitamin lollipop when we go in. As we always go to buy one as my little girl likes the idea of it been a healthy lollipop but John will insist it's on him & she can also take another one for free for later. They're an absolute credit to our small village & community. They are so easy to talk to & you never feel embarrassed when asking about certain issues as the staff just instantly put you at ease with how professional they are. By far the best chemist in the area & better than other chemists in surrounding area's. Thank you for what you do for our community.

Gave me 2 boxes of EXPIRED medications one by 6 months, one by 3 months and when i rang asoon as i got home from collecting them the pharmacist (old guy) told me " oh its perfectly fine to take them 6 months and 3 months PASSED the EXPIRY DATE" and only when i refused to take them and 'insisted' i wanted them replaced with in date medication he agreed. Only then to winge at my partner when she picked them back up.
