Very professional and super efficient , I can’t fault it. Used this practice few times on weekends ( typical child gets unwell when no GP is open) for urgent care and was never disappointed. The doctors are very caring and DO listen fully and care to explain and inform. Every time we been we got to be seen fairy quick and walk out with appropriate treatment/ prescription.

Very impressed, easy to make an appointment on a Sunday morning. Was seen by very professional staff, who were able diagnose and provide treatment in a short space of time.

The title needs changing to HPDCH..
Hastings Primary Don't Care Hub.
How do you expect to deliver care if nobody answers when potential patients are directed to contact you for care!
Over an hour and disconnected three times.
Ring Elvis, you stand a better chance!
What's more, any negative reviews ( including this one) are seldom replied, whereas positive reviews have a reply coordinator full time!

This is my modest opinion after attending the Hastings Primary Care Hub today with tonsilitis. There are some areas needing improvement, but medically, I had a good experience. The name has been changed from Hastings Walk In to Hastings Primary Care Hub, I expect to reflect that this service is not a walk in, sit and wait service any longer, and that you are required to call for an appointment. Efforts have been made to make this known on the website, but I think more needs to be done. For example, it is still referred to as the 'walk-in' on the website, and other services are still signposting people to it as a sit and wait system. It is confusing and misleading.
Also, there's a problem with the phone line that really needs addressing. I called at 08.05 and rang back several times. You listen to the recorded message, the on hold music comes on, and then a recording saying the HPCH is closed. After several attempts, I got through. The line was then very loud, crackly, and very difficult to hear the receptionist. She informed me that it wasn't a problem on her end, but I've not had a problem talking to anyone else on my phone. I think it needs to be investigated further!
However, I was offered an appointment for an hours time, and the service I received was outstanding. I sat in the waiting room for about 2 minutes (if that) before being called in by the most lovely person (I don't remember her name or if she was a nurse or GP) but she had a strong American accent and was absolutely wonderful. If only all health care professionals were the same. I went in, feeling pretty miserable with such a painful throat, and left feeling cheered up. She was kind, upbeat, friendly, and utterly professional and helpful. I left clutching my prescription for penicillin and feeling like I'd had a very good experience. I hope the feedback can be passed on to her, as she truly is a lovely lady. She is a credit to the service!

Honestly. This place is beyond a joke. Was advised by NHS 111 to call this place as they advised I should be seen within 4hrs. Was on the phone the moment the clock struck 08:00. Up until 08:30 I was getting a recorded message saying they were closed but opened at 08:00? Someone please explain that one. Then after 08:30 I was left listening to music for 15 minutes before being cut off. I lost the will to live after call 22 and gave up. Hastings primary care hub, more like Hastings primary comedy club. Sort it out!!!!

Had to use this service on Saturday. Phoned for an appointment in the morning and was given one for the afternoon. Very helpful on the telephone. When I arrived I was greeted by a very pleasant male receptionist and was seen almost immediately. Both the Nurse and Advanced Nurse Practitioner who I saw were brilliant and I couldn’t fault my treatment. Such a shame the local GPs don’t care for patients in the same way. Keep up your excellent work!

The receptionist needs to attend charm school. I was advised to contact this place as a last resort to be seen by a GP / Nurse on the day.
Made the call and was greeted by a dreadful "Matter of fact" woman, who lacked any empathy, compassion or warmth. She curtly informed me there's no appointments available and to contact 111.
She actually made me feel worse, adding to the discomfort and pain I originally sought help for.
I am now doing my own health assessment online, and will purchase prescription medication that way (even if it comes from China). Awful place, avoid like the plague and believe the 1 star reviews. Would rate as zero, if that was possible.

Had to make a visit on a Sunday for a bad ear infection, I rang up at 8am for an appointment and I was seen by 9am that same day, didn't have to wait when I got there. All staff members were very friendly and kind. Lovely receptionist, nurse and doctor. Can't complain about anything. Just like to say Thank you to you all 💐😁🏆
