A few weeks ago my lower back was in so much pain I could hardly move. I phoned the Bexhill practice but they were fully booked so the helpful lady suggested their Hastings practice and thank goodness she did! I was under the care of Bahman, a multi skillful yet gentle osteopath who used a variety of techniques all which targeted the strained area of my back and when finished I was moving without pain again. I have had several sessions as an ongoing course of treatment and have found everyone to be helpful and courteous at all times. Both Tom and Nigel have always been excellent at explaining their diagnosis and how they intend to resolve my problems, and indeed their treatments have improved my mobility significantly.

I have further treatments booked which I am confident will result in less discomfort and improved mobility.

I was so delighted to find Nigel and his wonderful family practice when I moved to Hastings two years ago. My back no longer gets to crisis point with the help of Nigel and Imogen who I see monthly. The prices are so reasonable and the conversation and attitude of the practitioners is both professional and warm. I have not hesitated to recommend this practice to anyone who needs it!

I've been visiting this practice since 2002 and I have never felt that I did not benefit from treatment here. The practitioners are always respectful and polite. They are great at explaining your problems along with causes and cures with some detailed explanations should you want them. I've always preferred chatting whilst being treated and it's great that the staff will engage with me and we share some good stories along the way. I highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been treated at the Hastings clinic on a very regular basis since March 2018. I have various musculoskeletal skeletal issues and so attend proactively every 2-3 weeks. Nigel (Bassett) the senior osteopath will see me every 3rd session so as to continue to have an overview of my treatment and progress and will refer me to one of the many osteopaths that is best suited to my treatment at the time.
I have now been treated by about 6 of the osteopaths and I feel very well looked after.
During this time of CV19 , I have been very satisfied with how the practice has managed to continue to practice with safety at the heart of all processes.
The admin team are extremely helpful and everyone is very friendly as well as being highly professional
I won’t be going anywhere else!

I have been visiting the Hastings clinic for a few years now, started going when i got a shoulder injury at work, after having several physio and acupuncture visits at the hospital to no avail i went to see Nigel at his practice, after a few visits it certainly started to feel so much better. I have seen other consultants at this practice all of which are very professional at what they do and all were very understanding to all muscular conditions that i have approached them with. I would highly recommend this practice.

They literally keep me going and mobile.
My appointments have been tailored to my current needs and the length between appointments shortened or lengthened as needed.
The COVID security currently is excellent and has allowed some return to normality and ability to attend appointments.
I have recommended them to friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.
