I recently had an appointment with Dr. Zaheer Ibrahim at Haslingden Health Centre, and I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism and care. Dr. Ibrahim was attentive, thorough, and took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. His calm and empathetic approach immediately put me at ease, and his clear explanations made the treatment process straightforward and stress-free.

Having itchy back problems. Appointment with doctor quickly provided - the call-back option works very well. Doctor says 'not shingles' and gave a prescription which was collected from next door Pharmacy straight away. Medicine now working. Fast, friendly and effective - well done.

Was invalidated about my symptoms for a long, long time by various people until I finally complained and got to see a doctor who listened - Then waited for a referral I should have been given at the beginning…now diagnosed with a chronic inflammatory skin condition which, if I’d have been diagnosed when I’d begged and walked in in pain, would be healing better now. Things like skin conditions need diagnosing early to have the best chance of treatment. I was told to “moisturise it with normal moisturiser” which is not what you say to someone who has a huge inflamed lump and can barely walk and seriously incorrect. Other times I was simply handed antibiotics that didn’t work and fobbed off for a super long time. Ontop of that I’ve rang for appointments and been met by rude receptionists who say no sorry nothing available- yet my housemate will ring a moment later and immediately be offered an appointment. Seriously unhappy with the treatment I’ve had as a whole… I am now directly suffering because of all of this.

My wife was taken to hospital by ambulance classed as an urgent priority we waited over an hour for the ambulance.
On arrival following triage, various tests were conducted.
After a wait totalling 18hours plus my wife was allowed to go home .
The hospital doctor strongly advised that she saw her GP to discuss her condition and review her medication. .
On contacting the Health Centre and stressing the importance of seeing a GP.. She was offered a telephone consultancy...'not necessarily with a
Health Centre Doctor' for next week.
Absolutely disgusting!

I have been with this practice for many years after a few of the original doctors moved on to new practices or retired I didn't think it would be the same service and for a while it wasn't, it became really difficult to get seen at all I was thinking of finding a new Drs surgery. However credit where credit is due there's been major improvements in recent months waiting times are minimal appointments available on the same day late hours flexibly for people working long hours. The reception staff are really lovely as are the practice nurses and drs. I am really impressed and glad we stayed with them. Thanks all
