Pickup at airport was exactly on time. Having a confirmation text message the day before gives you confidence. The journey home was very comfortable. The driver was excellent. Happy to recommend for airport transfers. Prices agreed when booking.

This was my first booking with this taxi company since moving to Haslemere. Our lovely driver Lily could not have been more welcoming and helpful as I was travelling with a young baby and much luggage. She kept in great communication on where and when to meet at airport as my flight was delayed making the rest of the trip stress free. Great service

We used this firm when coming from far away to get us from hotel to wedding reception 15 miles away and back afterwards. They were very reliable turning up a little late going but they were in plenty of time for the return journey, texting on arrival as is the norm these days. We had a long discussion about fares because there are late night rates and supplements for remote pickups etc. Once we understood all the rules they were more than fair. All on all a good service with nice cars and friendly staff. Definitely recommend them.

14th December 2023, 9.45 taxi to Haslemere Station from 16 Linchmere Road for myself and wife. Driver got lost and kept us waiting on the side of the road with our suitcase on one of the coldest days of the year. When he turned up eventually he blamed us. He was very rude and unhelpful. Will never use again

I used Haslemere Independent Taxis for long airport and family return journeys during my wedding and the service we received was nothing short of excellent! Nicolas Larsen was so helpful, professional and reliable. On time and courteous - would definitely be using them for more journeys. Have used other taxi firms in the past around Surrey but this taxi service was by far the best!!!

I’ve used HIT a few times now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve always found them to be totally reliable and on the ball. Very handy too is that I can leave my children’s car seats with them whilst we’re away. Great service - would definitely recommend.
