A lovely surgery working very hard amidst the challenges facing the NHS. Nurse Lindsey is excellent, incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Always had a great experience with the doctors. Can highly recommend.

I came in yesterday to collect a prescription for a client. There was confusion about the prescription though not the pharmacy's fault. I was asked some questions about the clients health, I explained that I was not comfortable discussing in front of other people. The chemist brought me into the consultation room and was incredibly helpful to find us the right solution. He could not be more helpful though I didn't get his name. Jeanette was at the counter and just as helpful! Thank you so much

Excellent pharmacy that's open late with kind staff. I like that you can book appointments for the GP surgery online, but equally they are courteous in person too. Doctors are sympathetic and not dismissive.

I booked my daughter for an asthma review via the app. I was notified within a hour when and what time the appointment will be. I also received a reminder text of my appointment. Our appointment was booked at the Fernhurst branch and everything went smoothly and our appointment ran on time. Everyone there was very friendly and I am very happy with the feedback and treatment plan that we received from nurse Kay.

We are so lucky to have such a wonderful doctor's surgery/pharmacy. I called up on Tuesday morning for an appointment with my son. They called me back the same day and a lovely nurse called Suzie saw us within an hour. Suzie went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable. I can't thank her enough for her kindness.

After the appointment we collected the medication from the pharmacy and although they were busy, we were in and out in 10minuets. They are all working under so much pressure but they were friendly and efficient.

Had a really awkward prescription to fill, that other pharmacies only had partial fills for, Haslemere was able to sort it all out! And the wait time was really small! Super impressed!
