I ordered an item off etsy, it should have arrived around the 26th, but it has not moved from this depot at all since the lady sent it off to be delieved to me. Now trying to get through to have an update on why it hasn't moved at all, original phone call was 12 minutes without getting through and the call was cancelled... now back in the queue again and it says wait time over 20 minutes! I have not got time to keep redialing, even if they do close at 10, and the item is also for my job. Also opening times are ridiculous. Very disappointed in this service!
