Sad to write a poor review about the X-ray department in Haslemere Hospital but the lady who did my X-rays on Sunday 10th November was so unfriendly and didn’t explain well what I needed to do while I had numerous X-rays done. Such a sad review I just felt I had to share.
The promptness for getting X-ray appointments was good.

Could not fault the service I received for my daughter yesterday. The receptionist was brilliant, whilst she needed to check something with a practitioner who was currently with someone, she reassured me that she hadn’t forgotten about me, it hadn’t even been long but a really nice touch. Then the practitioner was absolutely brilliant, my daughter was kept entertained whilst she had a little procedure and came away much happier. I was given lots of information to help my daughter’s symptoms. Great experience.

I had to visit the Haslemere minor injuries yesterday at very short notice and I would like to say how impressed I was with the service and attention I received. Everything ran smoothly and very few other people waiting very long to be seen. Staff were very friendly and cheerful. A very good system, thank you all very much.
