I highly recommend Hartshill Medical Centre for anyone in need of medical care in the area. The combination of professionalism, compassion, and expertise truly sets them apart. With two young children we have had a number of reasons to be in touch and visit since moving to the area. Our experience has been positive on every call and visit and we have found their online triage system has always resulted in timely care and advice. A big thank you to all the team who work there!

This is by far the worst surgery I have ever dealt with.

Firstly, no one bothered to let me know that I have been moved to this surgery, so when I went to get a repeat prescription, I assumed this had been handled by old surgery, this has now left me without vital medication.

Upon phoning this surgery, I was greeted by the most incompetent, rude and obnoxious receptionist ever! Who blatantly told me. It's my fault, and "don't you think you should deal with this before you run out of tablets" refused to connect me to management and told me anti depressants are not a priority and it'll be done in 48 hours.

We are so lucky to have a wonderful GP practice! Dr Young has been a Godsend this year to our family after a tough year medically. Going above and beyond constantly and more importantly consistently! Never have any issues getting an appointment, we are so appreciative to every single member of staff, when the NHS get a bashing constantly, you should all be so proud! Thank you!!!!

Awful. Never had an on time appointment. Rude and patronising receptionists take delight in informing you that there’s no appointments left and you’re “out of luck”, with no care for alternatives. Waste of my tax

I've be using this doctors surgery for over 40 years, both here and Longfield Rd. I can honestly say that the receptionist, staff, nurses and doctors are excellent and in my opinion always try and help. If all surgeries were like this. 10/10

Shocking service. Asked fire a report of my medical history for a family court case. They told me it would take 28 days to be done. They didn’t request it from the doctor at all. They then lied about sending it to me two weeks later to relinquish themselves of responsibility and the rude woman behind the desk wouldn’t do anything and instead laughed. Absolutely shocking service and not an ounce of compassion. More interested in lying to make themselves look competent.

My name is Danielle and I have been registered here for a few months now as well as registering my children. I spent over 10 years with another god awful surgery and I just thought that's the way GP surgerys were, they were all just terrible. Hartshill Medical Centre has completely proven me wrong. I still can not believe how good they are.
I'm so grateful to them all for care and support myself and my children have recieved sometimes being emergencies as my daughter is asthmatic.
I can not recommend them highly enough.
From the reception staff to Dr's and everyone in-between, they have all been fantastic.
