Not even my registered GP surgery but had a call back from them today, missed the first call due to trying to run to my phone with kids, actually called me back again! Which my surgery would have never done and although they did prescribe medication I needed talked me though some advice, asked lots of questions to make sure I got the right help and support, was very helpful and kind! Will be registering here! Thank you

How on earth are you supposed to get an appointment at this place? You contact at 8am, end up in a queue, if you're too far along a robot will tell you to give up and cuts you off the call to try back later. You then find time during your busy working life to ring back to then sit in another long queue to be told that there are no more appointments for the day. I don't want an appointment for the day, I work for a living. I want to do the normal thing and book in advance but seemingly, can't do it. What bonkers is that? How do you see someone about your condition if you can only do it on the day? Apologies for not being able to see the future. Also, you can't do appointments on the weekend, so that's out the question. Shame on me for working during the weekdays.
Also, I went through the hassle of signing up for the medical app thinking I could make appointments online to avoid the trial and error of the stupid phone system as described to me via a receptionist to then learn that the app system doesn't support Hartshill and thus another waste of my time. Ridiculous.

Very rude receptionist
Had a go at my son for ringing up to ask for a repeat prescription as he need his tablets ASAP.
And why open at 8 am if doctors don't turn up till 11 ?
Appointment at 11.30 was seen at 12.10
Not good enough, we'd be moaned at if we were late.

Automated telephone system is very good at preventing a conversation with a human being. Press for one option and it tells you another one entirely is not available. System automatically assumes you want an appointment but none are available anyway.

I have phoned this surgery twice in a week trying to get a doctor to visiting my dying uncle. Doctors called my aunt twice to prescribe a useless medication. Still no home visit. Disgusting
