Been a few times but this time what a bunch of jobs worth. Wouldn’t take an old dog bed and a few other bits. We had to go to Farnborough apparently. Well that is where we will go from now on

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Generally a quieter waste centre, however most recycling bins are up a set of stairs, so if you have something heavy make sure you have someone with you to lift it.

Staff are always super helpful.... able to answer questions about where to put different types of items and will help move heavier things with you.

It's really good that you can book a time slot to visit as this place used to be chocka with people visit and the wait time was ridiculous.... but now I can drive straight in, unload, and be off out again with 5-10minutes.

I’ve found HWRC to be very well run and well organised.
The appointment system seems to work well. The staff are all very helpful but Darren in particular manages to make himself available to all the customers whether required or not. Well done the team at HWRC.

Very friendly staff, very well run after. It’s kept clean and maintained. Definitely keep on top of everything and it’s very well organised overall. Would never expect the level of service you get from ‘a dump’ so very impressive. Will return when needed!

I often visit this tip and I've always found the staff very helpful, I've seen and heard a lot of agro they get from people who don't want to follow the rules. So to all those moaners I would say you only have to abide by the rules during your time slot, what's the problem? Every place of work has rules to follow!
