I came to the practice on 05/02/25 for an emergency appointment. I have a huge fear of dentists and needles. The two ladies who performed my procedure were just the best. They made me feel calm and collected and made it as pain-free as possible. Not one complaint from me. We had a brilliant laugh, and the two ladies had an amazing sense of humour and made me feel very comfortable.

Even after I explained I had ripped my own wisdom tooth out due to the unspeakable pain I was in, they knew how to keep me relaxed and happy. So a huge thank you to the dental practice for being very professional and genuinely caring.

I've been seen 4 times now by Charlotte and Sarah for work to my mouth and can honestly say I've never been more impressed and had such lovely experiences for my appointments. I was a nervous patient and these 2 make it so easy to relax I now have no anxiety about going. Highly recommend!

Took my 15 year old daughter yesterday for her first fillings and the dentist we seen for treatment, a lady called Marian was so patient & lovely with my daughter, also the dental nurses too. What started off as a tense visit turned out to be a very positive experience for my daughter who, thanks to Marian has conquered her fear of injections too and is now happy to visit her for any treatment needed in future.

Being very nervous of the dentist I have to say my recent visits to David Mulgrew and his assistant Kathleen have been wonderful ( if you can actually say that about a dentistry visit ). I felt I was in excellent hands, David really knows his stuff and put me at ease going over and performing the treatment on me with minimal discomfort. Kathleen is a fantastic assistant, putting me even more at ease, a great team. All in all, the best visit I have ever had to a dentist, well done you two !

“I had a great experience with
Dentist Ivo Rusiniv at Hartlepool Dental Implant Clinic . The staff was friendly and professional, and the dentist was very thorough and gentle. The clinic was clean and welcoming. I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a reliable dentist.

Unfortunately not a good experience at this practice. I signed up as a NHS patient and was accepted. I had a filling which was carried out. 1 month later the filling required repairing again as it came out. I booked in again and I was told I was no longer a patient whilst getting assessed in the chair quite abruptly and told to go back to another NHS Dentist where I came from. they sorted out a temporary filling on this visit which resulted in the loss of my tooth short term. I have never had pain in a chair untill this time. I could however get sorted private anytime that same week for further work. Disappointing.

Very poor service paid for treatment I didn't get due to needed to been referred to another dentist. Told I would get a refund 5 to 10 working days almost 3 months later I still haven't had a refund. Keep getting told they will phone me back with more information in 3 month I've had one call back that wasn't helpful with any time frame of a refund.
