Registered as a new patient here just over a few months and ago, and from the start the receptionist had the wrong address typed on the system for me. Managed to get it changed through the means of filling out an unnecessary form, when really they could have taken my ID and updated it there and then on their system. Takes ages to get an appointment also.

Reception staff are first class. Friendly, helpful and very respectful. The nurses, Dr. Eccles and Dr.Raja are a prime example of dedication and professionalism within an institution that is drowning under years of government neglect.

Dr Ecells is a very knowlegable and highly skilled Gp.Reception staff are friendly and helpful with any questions and will endeavour to try and get appointments sorted.Practice nurse is also very knowledgeable and highly trained.Overall a excellent Gp service and more.
