Had an appointment at 9 10 am on the 19 -10 - 24 to get my bloods done . Also had an appointment on the afternoon at 3 20 to see another member of staff when I told the nurse that was taking my bloods she went and sorted it for me . She ask me to wait ten minutes and the other staff member would deal with me so I wouldn't have to return later in the day I was over the moon . Thank you so much for going above and beyond. It was much appreciated 👏.

I normally dont do negative reviews but I am compelled to do this because i have bever seen such a practice like this in my whole life. This is the worst practice I have ever seen based on my experience with them.. don't go near them.. they have ridiculous rules and they seem too comfortable not willing to serve the community which is against the medical practices code of conduct. Steer clear of them.

A true circus of horrors, I have never seen in my life a situation in a public service with so many unclassified and poorly educated, extremely abusive people. Who do these people think they are? they are there working and are paid for it, and if they are not capable of carrying out the work, they should stay at home, locked up, to avoid the unpleasantness of others having to live with them, unpleasant, hostile, who save their vulgarity for themselves, use with they family in they home, in society, the minimum amount of education is required. With this receptionist's attitudes, it's best not to interact with peoples, him is there working to “help” and not to disturb everyone with him angry face and nasty behaviour. That’s awful.

my 4 year old ended up in hospital for a week with severe pneumonia due to receptionists at this surgery fobbing me off every time i tried to make an appointment for her.
As for the Dr's, Dr Soe is amazing i highly recommend requesting to see her to those who are fortunate enough to get an appointment. Gupta however is very unprofessional, smirks in appointments when youre trying to express concerns about your health. A nurse wanted me to make an appointment with a Dr as she had some concerns and all i got when i seen Gupta was ''well i dont know what you want me to do?'' £90k well earned 🙄 no wonder all the decent staff have left that place!

Receptionists are always horrific and nasty, they refuse to help. can’t fault the doctors. But seriously, every time I ring the receptionists are bloody horrible.

Rang too complain after having repeat problems, receptionist don’t care and will book you on with anyone at all meaning you never get the correct appointments. The manager of the practice couldn’t care less and they constantly justify the horrific behaviours of their staff. Told I had constant issues to her and she replied “best you just leave and find a new doctors” no sorry, no trying to help me. Just horrific behaviour.

Shocking doctors like seriously shocking Joanne the receptionist and the male are both rude and ignorant not at all helpful she talks over you dont let you talk explain or anything then she continues to hang up and screen calls my kids have been removed from the list and my partner for no reason as well as myself who I don’t care I don’t want to be at this doctor any way but my kids done nothing wrong and wasn’t with me we had an argument over her being so rude on the phone my kids was at school . Practise manager is never in when she is she can’t speak Joanne caused this to happen yet refuses to comment . Hilarious. They get appointments and open at 8 you get through at 8.15 and there are no appointments left . Hate this surgery .

Shocking surgery. Book appointments without first asking if it’s suitable at the time- like we don’t have jobs to go to! Then book you in with the wrong person and half the time are kept waiting for ages waiting to see a doctor when you’ve booked an appointment. Never answer the phone and a practice manager who has no respect for mental health patients. Do I need to say anything else. They don’t even deserve one star!!!!!!!

Can never get an appointment unless you go at 7 30 and queue outside in the freezing cold until 8 gp asks you to go back in two weeks it's now been 4 weeks and can't get in to see the same gp.Went today to book a blood test they asked for 11 days wait for a blood test absolutely ridiculous. After 20+years will be looking for another doctor.
