BRILLIANT! One of the very best osteopaths I’ve ever met. Chris Field identified the areas of stress that my autoimmune condition had caused and quickly set about specific massage to target them. One hour after my treatment I had the best sleep I’ve had in months! It’s nice to know there are some incredible osteopaths out there and Chris is definitely one of those! I found Harrogate Osteopathic Clinic by recommendation from a friend. I suffered from a bad case of muscle spasm in my lower back - the pain was so bad that I thought I slipped a disc. After two sessions with Mr Field I could resume my normal life - I am so grateful! Chris explained everything very clearly, recommended some easy and quick exercises, and talked me through all the precautions in order to manage my back problems. I called Harrogate Osteopath Clinic as I had been suffering with back pain and shoulder pain. I spoke to Chris Field and explained my situation and he rearranged his diary and I saw him that afternoon.

Firstly, I want to say that his Covid-19 precautions were very stringent. I felt safe within the practice. Well done!

Secondly, the discussion about my problems (caused by bad posture with home working at my laptop at the kitchen table) was honest and comfortable. I felt instantly at ease with Chris. Thank you.

Thirdly, treatment was thorough and there was immediate relief. I've been given some simple exercises and I look forward to better sleep. Thank you again.

I have no hesitation in recommending Chris Field, especially if like me this last year has left your back, neck and shoulders in pain and needing some professional help!!!

Had treatment here after a slipped disc. Worst pain I had ever had in my life and a scary time as I am relatively young so I did not think this could happen to me. Not only did we focus on recovery and support to go forward but Chris did a full detailed history to try and get a sense of what may have caused this. I felt heard and seen for a problem he has probably seen a thousand times. We came up with a realistic treatment plan for my back and I'm a lot more hopeful this won't be a chronic issue going forward. Thank you to the team for being so kind !

Went for the first time after being recommended to Chris by a friend. I had been suffering from sciatica for just over a week and I was taking naproxem for the pain (which wan't really making a difference). Just two days after my first appointment (which lasted about 45 minutes) noticed a huge difference. No need for pain relief and full mobility back. Friendly and professional without being too costly, highly recommend!

Easily one of the best rehabilitation providers around. I have had a lot of back and muscle pain from thai boxing. Chris Field has always been able to put me back to rights in a few treatment sessions. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Just been to Harrogate Osteopathy Clinic and seen Chris Field, MOst. I was hesitant to go, but he diagnosed my problem very quickly and gave me great exercises to do at home. He was professional and friendly the whole time. Would highly recommend. The practise was very COVID-safe and made me and my husband feel at ease visiting it during lockdown.
