Friendly staff and George the owner is always helpful and very knowledgeable. The auction is great fun and lots of items go cheap. Bidding is very easy and collection is always efficient with staff to help you with your winning bids. Payment is safe and secure and can be easily done with a bank transfer. Auction catalogue is often available on a Friday night and Saturday viewing is great.

Worst Auction ever! we had item last week for £200! gone to pick up item first few items was missing we didnt even get that! we both 2 fridges witch was broken when we collecting them we change them 2 to 1 gone home and check that didnt even work! okay fair enough we try biding again this weekend and the company diclines our biding when we rang them and ask could we biding again they say no and we was told they gonna tell all auctions to declined us from biding witch i guess wasnt fair these kinda threti ng!!! so if in any cases some auction gonna declined our biding i will know with who to go in court!! i was really upset in this point because by mine rewiev i wasnt lying not even one point because its true. i hope some people gonna read my review and wont biding in your auction because its not right to do at all and the thing witch we didnt get you was selling again in these auction and when i send email for refund nobody was bothering to call me or even email me back!!!

I passed the contact details for this business onto my mum who has a number of family antiques that she is interested in disposing of. She had no real idea of their value so needed some expert help. A representative, arranged at short notice to come and what she thought was to assess their potential value at auction. Instead his only interest seemed to be in offering a derisory "job lot" offer. When my mother turned down is offer he complained that she had wasted his time! This is not what you would expect from a professional auction house. She is now very disillusioned with the thought of dealing with another auctioneer. The company's website looks inviting but do not be fooled, you may well be subject to the same tactics.
