I’ve been seeing Sam at Harpenden Smiles Dental Studio for over 2 years, and she is by far the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She is incredibly thorough, making sure my teeth feel very clean without any discomfort.

Sam has a friendly and reassuring manner, which instantly puts you at ease—especially if you’re someone who gets a bit anxious about dental visits. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and gives great advice on maintaining oral health.

Appointments are always efficient and well-run, so I never feel rushed, but I also don’t have to wait around. Her attention to detail is outstanding, and I always leave feeling confident that my teeth are in the best hands.

I had my first experience of Smiles of Harpenden earlier this week after 30 plus years at my previous dental surgery. I arrived at Smiles feeling extremely apprehensive as I was to have a tooth extracted, a filling and a session with the Hygienist (which I was dreading). Sachin was very kind and made me feel welcome and reassured. He carried out the treatment very gently and quickly but at no time did I ever feel rushed. I left his clinic room feeling very pleased and relieved and would like to thank him and his assistant very much for their care. I then moved on to Katie the hygienist who was so empathetic and kind and also very gentle and did a great job of cleaning my teeth. I would like to thank her and her assistant for making my visit much more enjoyable than I thought possible. A couple of days before all this treatment I had a session with Iram who, again, was very welcoming, kind and very thorough. Everyone I came into contact with at Smiles, starting with the lady on reception, was friendly and warm and I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

I have been with Sachin and Katie (hygenist) for the last 7 years and highly recommended. My 13 Yr old has now started his routine hygiene clean with Katie who made his first experience 10/10.

We travel 35 mins to this practice as they are the best w have been with.

Cannot speak highly enough of Sachin and all the team at Harpenden Smiles. I’ve had quite a bit of work done over the last few months. Despite being petrified Sachin made it a comfortable and very manageable experience. To the point that he has cured my lifelong fear and phobia.
And my teeth look great!
