I went to Kay as I liked the Google reviews I had read when looking for a good audiologist. I can honestly say the reviews were spot on . Kay is sensitive , open , receptive and everything I wanted in terms of experience . I had failed with NHS hearing aids 8 years ago , and my hearing was getting noticeably worse . I had the aids fitted today , and Kay has managed expectations perfectly. I also feel that I can go back to her on anything that concerns me , and the aftercare is just as important as the aids themselves . The price is also extremely competitive with the research I have personally done . Thankyou Kay , great experience in getting this sorted !!

Made an appointment to see Kay at Harmony Hearing Solutions for my son, as his hearing appeared to deteriorate (outside of the normal 8 year old not listening!) Initially booked for a hearing test but on Kay’s inspection it was evident his ears were full of wax (no evidence of this in the outer ear)! Kay was so kind, patient and reassuring throughout the whole experience and after the follow up appointment to get the last of the wax removed, my son’s hearing is back to ‘normal’ no hearing test required … Thank you Kay 😊

I called very late in the day Kay was just about to close but said if I could get there within 5 to 10 minutes she would help. She is just brilliant and cleared my Blockage in next to no time and the cost was absolutely brilliant I couldn't believe how professional and honest she is. Called in today to make an appointment as have been struggling with my hearing for a long time.using earwax removal medication that let's face it.....doesn't work..
surprisingly Kay was able to see me straight away...very professional and friendly ..within a short time both ears clear.a real "eureka !" moment

Life Changing for me ! I have been using Hearing aids on and off for a few years but the time had come sadly to get things sorted properly. Communication with Kay at Harmony was very easy , online booking again very simple. The appointment ran on time and when I left for want of a better expression I was in a new world . Very helpful, I didn't have great advice with my gp or even want to see me. I had a problem with my ears for a couple of months and as a last resort I just happened to walk by, called the telephone number and Kay invited me in then and there between her appointments. Thankfully no blocked ears but advised me on other methods to help with the inner ear problem which is already helping so super relieved so far.

I am really glad that I found Harmony Hearing. Kay is extremely professional, talks you through the process (wax removal) and it is all totally painless and such a relief when it has been done. Such a nice person too. Highly recommend.
