Reception doesn't move quick enough took 20 minutes of the trampoline session messing with the computer that wasn't functioning, website for waivers was down so had to use one on the wall near reception which was so very grubby. Staff member went under her desk heard her say to the colleague next to her she was sick under her desk which I was pretty grossed out about hoping I misheard but then gave me wristbands hadn't washed her hands beforehand or used any sanitiser. I tried to sanitise my hands and the wristbands before putting on the kids in case of cross infection and they were empty: went up to the trampoline mezzanine to find it stank, was very very dirty tables filthy spiky drinks on the floor not clean chairs all over the place the vending machines filthy and wonky with a drink stuck in the windows one turned around not working no one on the desk serving, cafe closed. Was like it had been looted and left. The toilets had been 'cleaned' but were disgusting. The sides were rotting and the smell was something else a shame this used to be such a clean and tidy venue but it's a Petri dish at the moment so sad to let something nice for the kids go to this level of neglect- if you want to know where the next pandemic outbreak will begin my money is on this place

Booked a birthday party here yet still had to pay for parking. This used to be free when you took part in an activity at the centre and still says as such on the website but were told by reception this was not the case. Charges are now controlled by entry being recorded by ANPR. Stayed 2.5 hours and paid £3.70.
Often use the climbing and play centre but will now have to factor car parking in with the cost.

I’m not sure who manages the gym, but I hope you see this review. I’ve asked at reception several times about adult swimming lessons and was told to book online, but no one ever replied. I also spoke to the old lady opposite reception, but she didn’t care and sent me back to reception. Like is that how you serve your customer After nearly three years here, while the gym itself is good, the service is terrible. I’m considering changing gyms.

A Mixed review really, the pool is great however the locker and changing rooms are often unclean with many broken lockers.
Urban Limitz and Vertigo are a good time for the children however often need a clean up in the communal and waiting areas.
The biggest issues throughout are cleanliness and staff attitudes. I have often visited and had rude encounters with staff. They are willing to sit and take your money but very little else.
It is such a shame as it has great potential to be a fantastic place.

Dont recommend for anyone
This place absolutley sucks. Place is so dirty specially changing room, sauna and showers.
Tried to cancel subscription with this gym and the reason was moving to another country. I did all cancellation requests and in the beggining they answer and now they just ignoring me and sending bills. Not using gym for 7 months or more already and they continue send me bills. For what?🤣
Probably the worst place in Harlow town. Go to JD gym or other lovely gyms in Harlow if you dont wanna problems.🤣

Harlow Leisurezone is absolutely fantastic! Honestly, the staff are absolutely ace. The swimming pool is just brilliant, to add to that there's a hairdressers and barbers, there's a wall climbing part inside the softplay !which I might also had add is hygienically clean) there's air conditioning everywhere (it feels ikr it). The food is very nice and not as over priced as done other places. Honestly, there's nothing to dislike. The fellow customers are very kind and helpful. Everyone is polite, kind, well mannered and my son loves absolutely beyond all doubt LOVES Harlow Leisurezone! My 9 year old loves it, that's good enough for me. There's also a gym here, which I can't comment on as I've not used it (yet). The only snag about the swimming pool is the showers are near the pool and there isn't a family shower, but they are very clean! The cafeteria is lovely, homemade tuna mayo pasta salad... Sublime. I'd honestly buy a house in Harlow if I could afford it.. Every time we come here, we fall in love with it more and more. Can't wait to come again!

I paid over £7 to swim for one session... as soon as I entered the pool, 2/3's of the pool was shut off leaving the rest for public swim. This small area of the pool was over crowded with no room for everyone to swim. I got in and straight back out, headed to the front desk where I would explain the situation and ask for a refund. I was refused a refund on the grounds that there is swimming available, however I as a paying customer would say very much otherwise, and would go as far to say it could be dangerous for some. With no prior warning that the pool is busy and due to become smaller followed by a scripted response (computer says no attitude)
I would say to avoid this centre... however they are probably aware they are the only centre like this for quite a distance, which I assume is why they have no customer care when it comes to circumstances like these.

Ok. So OVER £200 to book gor a few of us to use vertigo. Only 1 person gets to park for free and everyone else has to pay. Will go elsewhere next time. This is stupid.if everyone paid individually for themselves then all would have got free parking anyway. What tigh a$$ did they hire who came up with this genius idea.
