My first experience of using the private sector for health and I can only say if all future encounters are of similar nature I will be a very happy person.

Very polite and helpful staff members from receptionist through to the main consultant. All happy to spend quality time with you to make you feel both comfortable and well informed.

The environment is clean and feels like a very normal setting. Very much makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in.

Never did I feel that it was all about the money and they were there just to get me in and straight back out.

Time was given to me to explain the procedure. Any potential downsides were also highlighted and exactly what was involved.

Translator was also provided so I could fully grasp what was being said.

I can 100% recommend HSSH as I think this is what the future might look like as far as the health sector is concerned. If not free at the point of use then private but done passionately.

I have just seen Dr Rodgers the other day.
Fab experience. Professional stuff. Polite and welcoming service. I got my injections on the same day without nonsensical consultation appointment. (They still charged me £250 for 'consultation' though and injections were prices separately, but not too bad) Really happy overall! Thank you.

Had some cosmetic day case surgery at the hospital and the staff were excellent throughout.

Did expect a private room but understandable that they have a recovery room for all the day surgery and then discharged without having to wait long enough to make that worthwhile. They did put on the music and tv i wanted and was well cared for.

Lunch was very tasty with a wide offering sent a few days beforehand, as well as my lunch fresh fruit and plenty of drinks were provided.

For a day case surgery, nothing else I could wish for!

I was bed bound for 2 weeks and could not stand up due to back pain. Dr Ralph Rogers came highly recommended by friends. I called the clinic, and they gave me a consultation with Dr Ralph Rogers on the same day. During consultation he immediately noticed that I need emergency treatment. Dr Ralph Rogers went out of his way during a packed schedule and gave me the necessary treatment. I am very grateful to say that I can stand and walk now within a day. Would highly recommended Dr Ralph Rogers to all. I must also mention that he was very detailed, friendly and attentive during the procedure. I cannot thank him enough

I had a disappointing experience with the TMJ treatment with Mr. Spencer Hodges at Harley Street Specialist Hospital.

Despite paying the full insurance cap, I was unexpectedly asked to cover additional costs without proper explanation (consultation fees). Communication was lacking, and it left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a patient. I would not recommend this hospital for TMJ treatment based on my experience.

I had to pay 1667 pound for removing the wisdom teeth but still ma getting lots of mails and calls threatening me to pay 200 pounds or for Court Summons.

Very Bad experience, please find attach bills for reference and kindly check all the fees details before visiting the doctor

I'm back at home recovering after my surgery on the left shoulder at Harley Street Specialist Clinic. I cannot thank the wonderful team enough: to all the nurses who took care of me, and the people in the theatre, thank you very much. Furthermore, I would like to thank Professor Noorani, who took the time to see me before and after the surgery and explained all the details perfectly. Make you lose your time. Making you commute 2h just to talk 15min, instead of calling or using email.

Make you do very expensive characterisations to conclude what was known from the start.

Spending too much money on trying to look fancy.
