I had lip filler treatment in 2019 with Rebecca Warrant, and from the moment I looked in the mirror within the clinic, I noticed my lips were uneven. I was told to wait for the swelling to subside, but here we are in 2025, and the unevenness remains. When I raised my concerns, I was informed that the clinic had gone into liquidation and was offered the option to pay again at a partner clinic called Skin for corrective work. I refused to pay for another treatment, especially since I had no issues with unevenness before the procedure. I now discover that despite my complaint and others she has become the manager. Despite being told the clinic had closed, it seems to be operating again—along with numerous negative reviews. The Juvederm she injected never fully dissolved, despite assurances that it would. I've compared childhood and adult photos, and there was no unevenness before the treatment.

Now, I’m left with a botched result and forced to pay for corrective work elsewhere. I waited 6 years and can now say with full confidence it does not fully dissolve. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to proceed with caution. They take no responsibility for their work, and it’s clear they prioritize profit over customer care. Furthermore there is now research documenting such cases of botched treatments, migration of lip fillers, and even studies using facial scans that clearly show fillers are still present many years later. I am so grateful for that research because too many practitioners deny this being the case, too many go on to exploit clients by making them pay again to dissolve their work. It's also worth mentioning that many doctors and nurses will not dissolve someone else's work but will refill or top you up, very problematic.

I've had 2 phone call appointments booked, my first one was put in as a face to face so I had to rebook the phone call appointment. When the day came the call went straight to voicemail I was left a number to call back which I did straight away to find it went to the head office and there was no way of putting me through to Meena.
Considering I had an hour's appointment I think more than 1 phone call should be made to reach people

Katie has been my paitent consultant and she has been absoulety amazing from my very first consultation which was over the phone right up until my surgery date. She has been so so helpful, answered every question I had, helped with my appoint times and dates to fit around my travel and work schedule.

I’ve had a 10/10 journey and experience with Harley Medical I wouldn’t have went anywhere else and i definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to do surgery anywhere but with Harley Medical. Marian my nurse is an absolute Angel she was with me from start to finish she gave me the best advice, care and support from my very first appointment. She really looked after me from start to finish I wouldn’t have went through with my surgery if it wasn’t for her, she reassured me and gave me the best care ever and was there to answer any of my questions anytime of the day. My surgeon George was the absolute best he’s one of the top surgeons in the clinic and he was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable at every appointment I’m over the moon with my results. After my surgery they were there for me anytime of the day literally just a phone call or WhatsApp message away, I’m blown away with the care I’ve received at the clinic and the Harley Health Village it’s unmatched and was worth every single penny!!

I can’t express enough how amazing my experience at Harley Medical has been. From start to finish the process has been thorough, caring and professional. I’m incredibly happy with the results of my breast augmentation 3 weeks post op and my aftercare nurse, Marian was so warm, kind and reassuring throughout. If you’re thinking about it, do it with Harley Medical Group - you absolutely won’t regret it.

Had some surgery done here years ago and they did a terrible job. Wasn't a big surgery either. Tried reaching out to them recently with some questions about it on about 3 different emails and got completely ignored. Must be much better places out there, not that I've used them. Having a read through the reviews, there's a lot of other dissatisfied people with similar complaints and no attempt from them to rectify them bar saying they try to improve standards. There's also other people saying they make a lot of effort when they're convincing you to get the surgery. It's definitely more about your money than anything else, and that should ring alarm bells. Reputable, good practices you pay for will do everything in their power to sort out mistakes on their end. Put the setting on lowest and read through, and bear in mind a lot of the 5 star comments are from people with 1 or 2 reviews.

Disappointing at the service I received for my breast reduction. The surgeon Dr Davis and the result was excellent and I’ve done a separate review for him, however, the service I received from the staff at Harley Medical Group on the whole was poor.
The day after my surgery I had concerns about some bleeding. I used the phone number they provided only to be asked to call someone else. I then was asked to send pictures of the wounds to a nurses email address which I did after waiting 2 hours to receive the email address. When I sent the pictures to the nurse I didn’t hear anything back so was left feeling very anxious. I called again in the morning to see if I could go in and be checked by a nurse only to be told the nurse working that morning was in training. Eventually they arranged for me to come in but it was evident the nurse on shift was new as she wasn’t very confident. She hurt me a little bit when she helped me do up my compression bra.
I’ve also had several of my appointments moved around which has been really frustrating.
I will say the nurses on the day of my surgery were excellent and really looked after me. The nurses who I saw for my post op check ups (Jasmine and can’t remember the other name) we’re also very professional and caring.
