Friendly staff and some great classes. Not been in the gym but it has a good selection of equipment. Always seems busy but never too busy you just feel like a number like some other gyms I have been to.

Signed up for this gym while visiting from overseas. Such a friendly gym with helpful staff.
Has a really good array of equipment with everything I needed for a decent work out. Being able to get a protein shake after was a nice touch

I'll definitely be back when I'm next in Harleston. Keen to try the classes next time too.

The park has lots of fun equipment and the toddler and baby area is great , nice place to spend the day, take a picnic and the town centre is not far off too 😊

I love this gym staff really helpful and nice, nice refreshments if you ever get thirsty like I do, I am a junior and I pay 3:25 which is really good and I can stay there for as long as I would like ( within reason ) the only downfall is I would like there to be more equipment such as (yoga balls) would be great, as there is only one available. Overall love this gym, and staff very helpful and nice when I first joined! And you can always ask for help if you need too without doubt!

Took the grandchildren to have a run around here. It has a good selection of playground equipment suitable for all ages. Large grass area for picnics and has a bike track for the little ones to ride their bikes around.

lovely gym, very reasonably priced and staff are friendly and approachable. I joined as well as my son and daughter. however the downside is when you wish to cancel your direct debit - I moved out the area. I was given wrong info from this company and gym staff, and was given a £30 charge through given the wrong information. Disappointing, when you wish to leave they are not helpful. My daughter is having the same problem with the direct debit company.

This review is based solely on my experience as a member of the gym facility.

The customer service at this gym has been variable, as there have been some very nice members of staff who have been very kind and helpful. However there have been a small number of staff who have been extremely rude and unhelpful to the point of not answering my queries at all, particularly by phone, and especially within the process of myself trying to cancel the direct debit contract with the gym.

As for the gym itself, it has to be said there isn't a wide variety of equipment, an example being the fact there is only one pull up bar which is also twinned with the chest press machine, meaning if you have a workout which has either of these activities you will struggle to get on and use the machines even when the gym isn't that busy. This usually means you can't usually do the same workout twice which definitely becomes frustrating.

To be fair to the gym however there are a lot of weights available to use, but the cramped space of gym means that especially in the evening it is very difficult to find any space whatsoever to just do some bicep curls or any other basic exercise.

Trying to quit the gym can be a real headache that's for sure, especially if you are on a 6 month direct debit contract. The main issue is they are not clear with you on when you have to give your one month notice to end this contract, and if you don't cancel it at the right time you will be forced to pay another months worth of membership. They will then direct you to call the debit finance who will claim the membership is cancelled and so is your direct debit payments, but after a visit to my bank, I was then informed the direct debit payments were still active. The only way it seems to fully cancel your direct debit with this gym is to go to your bank in person and cancel it through your bank.

Overall, the staff are let down by a few who seem to be very rude, unhelpful and untrustworthy, and along with the gym itself being under equipped and very cramped, I will be sure to not return to this gym anytime soon.

A good gym with lots of good equipment. I have a Junior Gold pass and it is around £13 a month which is quite a good price. Easy to use equipment and easy to find in the recreation ground of Harleston. Only downside is you don't have as much choice of equipment as you would in a gym in the city of a 24/7 Gym.
