My first appointment under Harleston Dentistry, having previously been with Bupa Smile.My new dentist Anas was
charming explained everything he was going to do I was very impressed.
Same day had appointment with hygienist the lovely Sharon
again very happy she was very thorough.
Not forgetting the receptionists as usual very helpful and friendly.

I went to see dentist John Mason on Wednesday 26th June with my two children. He is the kindest, most gentle man especially as my son was extremely nervous. He put him at ease, reassured him throughout the appointment. His nurse Jenny was wonderful and they both made the experience enjoyable (for a dentist appointment). They were professional and the room is impeccably clean and state of the art. We had the same experience in reception when we were greeted by both reception staff and rebooking for future appointments was very easy. They were both kind, friendly and very helpful. The whole practice was clean, inviting and very aesthetic. I can’t thank them all enough. Well done to all the owners and staff.

What a wonderful dentist. From the minute you walk in the staff are lovely, the service is great.
I know it’s a dentist, and nobody likes going to the dentist, but this place is different. The dentist is so calm and capable. Really very good.

I have been with Harleston dental clinic for 20 plus years. I am no longer allowed to be an NHS patient so I pay through the nose for pretty poor service. I think the problems arrise from the practice policies and jobs worth reception staff. Don't think I'd trust them with aesthetic work either. There is a very high turnover of staff and dentists, I rarely see the same person twice.
