We have never had a cause to complain about Haresfield Surgery. Been with them for a long time, all staff are always polite. Never had a problem, with making contact to book an appointment. We get calls back, same day. When appointments need to be given to us in respect to the issue, its not months away like we here other about other surgery's or issues even trying to make the initial contact. It's too easy to complain and not give praise. I'm going against the flow, 5 Stars

I’ve spent 6 months trying to get an appointment here, the appalling reception team are absolutely disgusting and just will
Not help at all. I have a text message directly from the Dr at the surgery asking me to call to book an appointment and still get refused an appointment. I’m making an official complaint against this surgery enough is enough. Apparently the receptionist think there doctors and can refuse to give appointment like they know what’s wrong with you. I hope they never received the same treatment they give out because it’s beyond vile. Zero customer service or care from these people. And if I do have what I think is wrong with me I’ll be looking into legal advice as this could have resolved 6 months ago but according to the receptionist I don’t need to see anyone.
Since I posted this, I’ve had a text message removing me from this specific surgery. That’s the kind of people they are. Zero care, zero help, zero ability to do there jobs

The reception team for the majority are really helpful although sometimes if you catch the wrong one on a bad day it can be a little frustrating. The patient care can be underwhelming at times however I do sympathise as i think this surgery is just symptomatic of the NHS as a whole. Underfunded with an increasing population and huge waiting lists. However I do think the staff are trying their best albeit with their hands tied behind their back.

Only giving 1 star as unable to give no stars. I am left wondering where the duty of care is! Left in pain after the GP's response was do you know how many people I see who are in pain, walked out of the surgery feeling so angry I do not visit the GP very often so surely they can see that I needed help. And again today no GP appt not even the chance to speak to one. Crazy we are travelling all around the world yet cannot see a GP

Very helpful staff and GPs that listen and understand. I have never felt rushed in an appointment. Always get a same day response from the online form, whether it is a call from the doctor or admin to book an appointment. When I've had trouble filling in the online form someone has gone through it over the phone with me immediately. I am very happy to be a patient at Haresfield.

I think people are very quick to complain especially about the GP service at the moment, but we’re not as quick to acknowledge when it’s good.

Thank you for excellent service today, I filled in the online form at 8am which I found easy to use and the surgery called me back promptly and I was in having a face-to-face appointment by 1050. Dr Martin carried out a thorough check, explained everything clearly to me and a prescription was sent next door. I couldn’t fault the service this morning really appreciated it.
