We switched to Harbury Pharmacy after experiencing frustrating customer service issues at another chemist. Harbury Pharmacy are very person centred which really makes a difference. They are very extremely helpful and efficient, and always prepared to give good advice. On occasions they have had some difficult prescriptions to fulfill for members of our family, but they have completed them each time. They are very professional and the pharmacist will make contact with you if they have any medication concerns. What a pleasant place! Went into this chemist on my way home from Oxford. I was in pain and the way the pharmacist spoke to me was better than any doctor. His knowledge was on a different level. I could not thank him enough what a noble man. Recommend this wish he was nearer to me.
