Didn’t like this place when they were an NHS dentist. They are not doing NHS now, private only so took my kids to 44 Derngate. If you have to go private might as well go to good dentist where you get treated with respect.

I've received reasonable dental care. However I now have no dentures as they broke, and have not been informed that I had been taken off reg due to them no longer being nhs. A warning would of been nice.! I havn t eaten properly in a week now and still can't find a dentist!

I would not recommend going to this dentist. I was only about eight when the female dentist, who I believe is called Mrs Khan, told my parents I had a hole in my (baby) tooth that would need a filling at the next appointment. When we got home, we took a closer look and there was nothing there. When said tooth fell out, we fully searched it and never found this 'hole'. Two years later, she gives me a cosmetic treatment at the age of ten. I had several dental anxiety when she performed this, and it did not help that I got off the chair and then she called me back to 'resize' whatever it was she'd attached. She also didn't explain what was going on and didn't give us the option of booking a followup appointment. I will not be recommending this dentist to anyone, especially not those with anxious friends or children.

I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received at this dental practice. After cracking my tooth in an accident, my stress and anxiety levels were through the roof. However, Mr. Khan went above and beyond to accommodate me, providing emergency treatment while understanding my anxious state, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. Not only is he a very skilled dentist, but his compassion and patience truly set him apart.

The treatment process involved two appointments and discussions with other dental members to determine the best course of action. Their collaborative approach was reassuring, and the end result was simply amazing. My tooth has been restored to its former glory, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend this dental practice for their expertise, professionalism, and exceptional patient care.

I have been attending this dental surgery for 20+ years and have never had a bad experience, I've always been polite and the staff are very polite in return. Reception are superb and the dentists are brilliant. Anyone leaving a bad review in my opinion have already caused a problem and can't then get the service that they're demanding

The worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. Having paid £600 for a crown, it was far too large and had to be filed down. I ended up with an infection. The female dentist is rude and arrogant. When I challenged her on the treatment I received, she suggested I leave the practice. which I did happily.

I queried the cost of emergency treatment I received which was dealt with by NHS Complaints Team. This was eventually resolved but when I attended my 6 monthly check up, was told I was no longer registered as a patient. When I asked why I was told it was because I’d made a complaint against them. It was a query not a complaint. I went back to the HNS Complaints Team who said they can’t remove me because I’d complained. They said they’d look into it. I’ve now heard from the Complaints Team that, according to the practice, Dr Khan wrote explaining why I’d been removed. I’ve never received a letter or any other form of direct communication from them. It’s just a lie. The only person I’ve spoken to was the receptionist who told me my appointment had been cancelled on the day I arrived for it. I have found the receptionist over the years, to be extremely rude. If she’s not looking at something on her phone, she’s talking loudly to whoever is behind reception and your basically ignored. Avoid the place. One star is being generous.

Extremely rude & abrupt receptionists & dentist. No respect for any patients especially elderly. When my elderly mum had a sharp piece on a tooth causing a lot of discomfort she was advised to file it down herself with a metal nail file!!!
Clearly the only reason appointments are available is due to being the worst dental practice ever!!!
