I have been getting a dressing changed on a weekly basis. Praise has been taking care of this for me.
I have never had to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room. Praise has been very thorough in my treatment and is always very welcoming.

Extremely poor service. Waiting for a week for cardiac medication prescription to be issued, receptionists are very unhelpful borderline lazy. When I called again for the prescription to be issued, they said they won’t be searching for the cardiologist letter because it’s only two of them. All this after the day before, someone found the letter and assured me I will get the prescription. This is medication for the heart I’m talking about. Bad medical practice from the GP who wrote in my chart about heart sounds when she never even put a sthetoscope on me.
The patient ends up chasing them to do their basic job - prescriptions or referrals. Appalling

Asked them on the phone numerous times to send a prescription to boots queensgate as an emergency due to me working in town. They confirmed it would definitely be sent to Queensgate Boots. Get there, and they’ve sent it to Boots Hampton! Totally incompetent

Outstanding care?
This GP practice has massively improved in the last few months personally for me.
From all the reception staff to the doctors and the nurse who did a great job removing my staples.
Wait times on call backs and getting through to book appointments also excellent improvement.
Lastly a special mention and thank you to Patrick (GP) who has been excellent dealing with my problems and recovery.
Everything you could ask for…patience, calming friendly voice, reassuring and helpful ?

Diabolical place. You wait days for a pre bookable appointment via telephone since they don’t want to see you in person any more without triage but the medical staff insist on only trying your mobile phone number even though there is a landline number on my file. The mobile signal in this area is rubbish so it’s sometimes impossible to receive any calls. I have repeatedly told the practice this but still the medical staff are able to get away with just trying my mobile phone. Reception often has no sympathy. They just wonder why am I so annoyed this is an awful place to go if you need to seek medical help.
