Sent me an invoice for home care when my mother was not even at home (In hospital).
Phoned the number to dispute issue but only got automated recording telling me to raise it via the Internet (Which I did). No response and now threatening letters for non payment.
Tried phoning again and got same message about raising on internet or leaving details and someone will phone back. No one phoned back. How about actually having a human answer the phone and being able to talk to them! What a god awful service! If I could give zero stars I would.

Three different numbers, same message, same lack of contact after leaving message re important finance issues. From others experiences there is a severe lack of essential help. The next day I got a call from an extremely helpful chap in credit control. He explained things very well and gave us plenty of time to read the emails he sent us. So, this is.a review of the review. However it still concerns me that so many people struggle with contact, generally when things are difficult or worrying. But the chap I spoke to gets five stars.

A 40 minute hold to then not be answered. Over two months to respond to a urgent refferal by the mental health team to adult social care. Missed a call and instead of leaving a dedicated number they leave the same number you can't get through on. Sack all management and start again

Absolutely shocking team. Father in law had dementia, was moved from his council place into a home. He was billed for full care all the time there, and never should have been. 16 months after he had been billed for first few months they still had not sorted his finances, we emailed and a year later we still asked for it to be sorted! His social worker was shocking, would say she would sort it but nothing. He passed away unfortunately, we checked through emails as he is still being billed full amount and there was an email 2 months before he died to finally be assessed, but if they did not hear from us in 5 days they would continue to charge full amount. Go into the care home for goodness sake, why arrange an appointment through family, we asked for to do an assessment, he was bedridden, not going anywhere was he?! Just ring the home, turn up and do the assessment! 16 months that took for an email to be sent saying they would like to do an assessment and then he died, and they are saying he owes the full amount. He was probably entitled to higher benefits aswell, but never had an assessment. Beyond angry.

Been begging and begging for a support worker for 5years now. Been forced to care for my alcoholic father for 4 years and when they made ME move out instead of put him into care home they then put him straight into a care home and cut his alcohol dead and nearly killed him. He was in hospital with delusion as they nearly killed him instead of weaning him off! Now I'm so sick I need a carer and they don't care! Still no support worker. Still can't move dad to closer care home. They should be handing out millions of compensation soon!!

I cannot believe how bad this service is. My husband has been waiting 8 months to be allocated a social worker in order for him to be moved to a different nursing home. When you ring the message is always the usual 'due to a high volume of calls blah blah blah'. Does no one care?

I've phoned them 40 times already and would give them no stars if it was an option. The place you DON'T want to go if you need a safeguarding referral made or any follow up on your existing case. They couldn't care less!!!

Absolutely DIABOLICAL service, rang 3 times in the past 24 hours and was left listening to irritating 'music' for over half an hour on all occasions. No answer and no explanation. Not fit for purpose.
