Received nothing but appalling customer service both over the phone and in the pharmacy over the last 6 months+. Introduced a delivery charge we knew nothing about, queried why the delivery hadn’t been made to my elderly grandparent with dementia and was because of none payment of delivery fee. Apparently sent a letter? Received nothing. Paid this yesterday, was assured this would be delivered today and still not delivered. Not even a sorry for their poor service as they admitted they hadn’t scheduled the delivery for today - another of their errors with no apology. Absolutely disgusting and not the first time I have received customer service which doesn’t even scrape the bottom of the barrel. Will be looking for a new pharmacy asap and seeking a refund of the service fee they can’t uphold.

Went to collect my prescription. Items missing, the pharmacy appears not to check what it hand's out. I contacted my usual suspects for prescription issues, my GP surgery. They said not guilty, and asked for the Pharmacy. They said they are regular culprits. Check before you leave is the moral of the story

Never using this pharmacy again. Claiming not to have my urgent prescription when the doctors are confirming that they do. Leaving me in pain after surgery and claiming I need to wait another 48 hours for my prescription eventhough its been confirmed by the GP when I've spoke to them. Absolutely disgusting and rude staff. Do not go here. They gave me a prescription I didn't need and refused the one I did need.
