Would have been 5* except for grumpy receptionist.......I politely asked was I in the right place for the appt and got growled at and told the look at the signs (if I'd have seen the signs I would not have needed to ask!!), really unhelpful and intimidating and just very rude! Otherwise, rest of staff and the building is excellent and couldn't fault it ......if any managers are reading this, please get the older receptionist with glasses on a customer service course ASAP

I had the pleasure of having my orthopaedic surgery to my left shoulder on 22/5/23. At the sir captain Moore centre By the exceptional Dr Badge, what an absolute gentleman he is, very professional polite and caring attitude informative and makes time to talk to you I cannot thank him enough for taking my agonising pain away. I would also just like mention the staff who were present for my surgery who put you at ease and talking to you while still doing their jobs also very professional and polite and not for getting the wonderful nurses and cares who were routinely checking that you were comfortable along with you doing my observations. I would highly recommend to anyone who comes to this hospital fantastic service by all. With my kindness regards to all concerned
