Absolutely appaling service and reception staff always rude, inconsiderate and don't show any care. They transferred me doctors in the middle of important tests due to location and quite worrying ones too until i find out results. Gave no 2 #&cks about my situation and were just like...oh well..see ya. Left me short on meds because I was 3 weeks in to my 4 weeks prescription when they had me transferred ..which leaves me with nothing from them and then now onto the new docs. Luckily the new doctors have been nothing short of helpful and quite shocked to be greeted with 3 happy and pleasant reception staff..which I've never experienced before. Unfortunately spent my whole life so far with hallwood and just thought that's the way they all were. Staff could do with being sent to other doctor surgeries to learn how to speak to people. Or at least show some consideration. I think in hindsight I should have voluntarily moved from this health centre years ago.

A poor prescription request service. On Friday 14th July I filled out a prescription request I put the piece of paper in the prescription request box. In over two weeks I never heard of my prescription being ready to collect. I phoned up the pharmacy they said they have nothing on the system. I phoned up reception. Nothing on the system my prescription request not on the system. So my prescription request has been lost? It's the worst prescription request system going no apology either. October 2023 I was given a prescription with Lactose in I am allergic to lactose, so the doctor not read my notes poor service again.

Awful practice. Careless, dismissive so called doctors. Rude and lazy reception staff. Can only get appointment if bleeding from the eyeballs even then you have to wait for a call back which may or may not happen. Do not go to this practice unless you want your health to come last

In regards to the community dental team: The 1st appointment was sent with less than a weeks notice stating someone with perantal responsibility needs to attend. Sorry but I dont know many work places that will accept less than 1 week notice for appointments. Therefore I rearranged this to a suitable time where I knew I was able to get time off work, they then called 2 days prior to rearranged to an earlier time (am compared to pm) so I arranged another appointment, another Friday afternoon, again the lady at the reception called to 'see if I can come in earlier' 3 days prior to the appointment, to which I replied no as I have already made arrangements with work. On both occasions the receptionist told me it was getting cancel due to staff availability and part of me think it's just because the dentist wants to go home early on a Friday afternoon. To top it off, I've got a letter today stating I missed my appointment at 9:45, when I clearly stated on the phone I was very unhappy and I will have to get back to them to rearranged due to work.

Some great GPs and nurses however they have made a complete mess of my health as due to negligence by a GP It caused me to lose my memories and suffer with retrograde and anterograde amnesia along side this I lost my cognitive function and also when I reported this matter they chose to ignore it and suggested I go to another GP health centre. Other than this I've had some great experiences there however the majority has been poor experiences even being assaulted by a former GP hasn't helped me trusting them while recovering

Got a parking fine for taking a child to an appointment incontinence clinic this isn't my doctors, so was unaware of the procedure and no member of staff informed me about the parking situation,
what kind of doctors surgery would employ cowboy parking firm.
They must get a percentage of the fines.

Requested a sick note told it would be ready Friday after several calls was told the dr wasn't in so call back monday then the person(would be rude to call a receptionist) hung up
Drs are nice if you can get past the bouncers at the desk the place is a joke

Victoria and every staff member managing reception and manning the phones are so patient and professional, how ever busy or stressful, they are an absolute credit too Weavervale practice and the community.
