Went in to tax my car. The lady who served me was friendly and helpful. Have to say I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. Staff are usually helpful and friendly even when they're rushed off their feet. Am glad Halesworth still has a post office.

Little Posties in the back of Coopers. Has all the facilities you'd expect of a larger Post Office, and the staff are always kind and knowledgeable. Haven't ever had to wait too long either.

Leaving collection cards with the wrong opening times on collection card. Left work early to make a collection and arrived to find post office closed. Open hours are not suitable for anyone who has a full time job. Thanks Royal Mail.
