You can never fully measure service received until you have experienced a selection within the same industry. Following a very disgraceful service elsewhere, we were assigned to Hales Care with trepidation....we were very anxious about the care provided for our bedridden elderly relative, however the team at Hales have reassured us, and demonstrated an exemplary level of care and service. Their team genuinely care about our relative, communication has been excellent and we are more than satisfied. They have turned a very stressful time into one that we can now all cope with, highly recommended and if you are lucky enough to clinch Kathy, Tina, And Tamsin as part of your team will feel like you have struck gold!

WARNING!! PLEASE READ BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS CONPANY!!
So far this company has been involved with my father in-law around 2 weeks. My partner and her family have been caring alongside them. In such a short time they have proved a level of unacceptable standards. Their nurses are careless, with poor time keeping, lack of training or ability, no care plans, no meal plans, this place is disgraceful. I write this review today as it has been brought to my attention, that for the past 2 days my father in-law has been fed only toast and tea 3 times a day. This is absolutely shocking to hear. I will be watching closely from now on and any mistakes will be noted. A formal complaint will follow should standards not improve.

Really bad company, they either don't turn up or turn up the wrong time, the manager says she sends me time tables also which I keep telling her I never receive. I have to get my son mentally prepared for the outings or visits and they just let you down constantly.
