Where do I start , from sending carer who lies about washing my mum spends no more than 5 minutes on a 45 minute call. Raise complaint asking them never to send same carer again only to be sent same carer one night later!! That carer then abuses my mum with dementia leaving us to calm mum down for 2 hours. Then we cancel whole service raise another complaint for them sending same liar carer and cancel with focus only for them to send the very same carer the next night when we cancelled contract. They should be knowhere near anything to do with care, they send first time first day carers alone to my mum who not only has advanced dementia but whole host of complex health issues

Diabolical. As one person has already said, Hales send certain staff as a punishment if you complain. Not at all happy with the poor care from the office that my family member receives. Timings are not kept too, times are changed without notification, no consistency in carers. Incorrect medication was almost given by a carer that couldn't read English. I don't know how they got a CQC rating of good. From my experience I certainly would not recommend this company.

This is not care provision. The majority of carers are very nice people under an immense amount of pressure it seems, from their employers. They have timetables to adhere to which are most certainly NOT adhered to. When you are providing a paid for service to care for elderly people who are most vulnerable in their own home and reliant on the service that is promised, they, and their families expect the service as per the paperwork given to them by this shambles of an organisation. They don't expect consistently to be late, the timetable to be ignored, to be told you will be called back and are not, to have the phone unanswered, and when you are asking to be put through to the relevant person the phone dis-connected. Maybe look up Customer Service Please ignore the one star rating, you cannot post a review without it.

Recently changed over from another care company carers on the ground are great shame about the office staff it seems they don't communicate with each other promising call backs that never happen no physical care plan in place no QR code supplied for carers to log in and out and no physical copy of a DNCPR
Was told today I have no shopping call in place but miraculously appeared after phoning them back!
There are some plus points but loads of negatives so only 1 star ⭐ given

I get care twice daily I’m supposed to be time critical but think Millie did that has a sweetener I constantly promised my times n regular carers but three days this week I given other ppl they know I have females n yet Wednesday n tonight roving came n was male doing care I sent them away my son n hubby been in twice Millie came Wednesday but it seems she got a vendetta against me has wen I complain she takes me carers if me n puts them on double ups it seems more u complain they take it outa u carers are lovely well most are they treated like rubbish get barely any travel time over work them one carer Sybil brown was rude to me n my son she even dropped gauze on floor n put bk on my infected wound saw dr days after event n was green took them year to remove her she shoulda been sacked my son has now gone to papers and is going national my names Deborah birkett am from Immingham seems they hate Immingham carers lovely office staff not so lovely

I recently came back to Hales under a different surname either way I'm upset angry that they lied to me and my husband promised certain carers as I can't handle change or strangers coming in and then they change them with no thought for the person cared for its just money to them

I have called 5 times to arrange urgent private care, on the 5 ocassions I have spoken to the person they have promised to call me back but haven't!
