I was hesitant to call the carers in but I found I needed to as I was struggling with mum. I’m so grateful for the help and support myself and mum get from them. I want to specially mention Damon and Chloe. They go above and beyond what I expected. Nothing is too much trouble at all and they treat mum like she’s their mum. They also take time to ensure I’m coping as much is at end of life. I cannot thank them enough. Thank you

Dreadful !
The woman who came to do the home assessment seemed efficient and we arranged 2 visits a week to support my elderly dad who’d been through a bad patch.
It was set to start the first week he was on his own after I had to leave for work, so they knew how important it was but the first visit and no one turned up.
I called and they said they’d ‘have to speak to the woman who did the home visit because she hadn’t told them anything about it, and we’ll call you back’.
They didn’t call back so I called again and was told ‘we’ll have to call a manager and get back to you’…again, they didn’t call back.
By this time it was too late to arrange anything else so my poor dad was left with no support all week.
Reading other reviews it does seem like their are internal communication problems, but also I experienced a total lack of empathy or responsibility towards patient care.
I just got the impression that they didn’t care at all for my dad or for my stress.
I don’t know how they got the Good Rating from the CQC

The office staff are inconsiderate and have no empathy or understanding of personal centred care.
Neither knew when carers where going to arrive for my Dad. Left Dad in an incontinent bed.
I should not have to check there work.
My Dad's needs were not catered for rung on numerous to complain.
Some staff were understanding loving and kind others didn't do the job they were paid to do.
Avoid this company like the plague.

Shocking office service.
New app staff use nobody knows how to find info like client contact or health conditions despite apparent training being given, but at least some staff that were (taken off to do long distance routes or put staff on that dont know where to go - or left)on the route knew what they had to do

No communication between office and workers. Staff so stretched they do not have time to make sure clients eat and drink properly.

Leave it until the last minute to tell us that our relative needs tablets, food etc.

Service was better with danum

Feel sorry for the staff on the ground

Only had then in once. Didn't do what asked. Didn't tskyymy mum to toilet. Now everything iscwet in spite of pads. Useless.

Day 2 . Already the second time no one has arrived to get mum up and dressed until mid morning. It's now 10.40, still no-one here. I don't live with her but she's unsafe to leave with this level of care.
