One thing I appreciate with Halcyon is how their rota app is very modern and well executed ensuring equity and timely shift allocation and reminders. The staff are well understanding and ready to listen. Having worked with them for a yr now I would say I have enjoyed every bit of their work assigned to me. Thumbs up!

On Sept 25th 2024 Manchester County Court ordered this company to pay me upaid wages going back months. The deadline has since passed and they have still not paid me. The company and franchising group are not to be trusted.

I have been a SW for Halcyon for quite some time, I have had my ups and downs but always been able to resolve any issues.

I am particularly impressed with 0livia who has always impressed me and dealt with any issues with speed and efficiency, we have been talking recently about a few concerns and I felt she listened to me and is now dealing with one or to things for me.

Myself and (MD) Tina have had some interesting discussions but one again always prepared to solve issues and give you time.

Finally, chloe who has always supported myself with any compliance issues and second to none with income.
