Don’t bother registering with this surgery if you have a chronic illness or serious health issues. The doctor isn’t interested in helping you at all. I visited the surgery with breathing issues, chest and abdominal pressure, and extreme bloating, only to be told that nothing was wrong. Now, I’m struggling even more. I had to pay a lot of money to see a private consultant and am currently in the process of changing surgeries.

Dr. Chaudhary needs to be stripped of her license- what a dangerously cruel and bitter women - ZERO bedside manner despite being in a mental health crisis I was treated terribly- black and white thinking and very very negligent towards mental health- I was treated like I was faking it and told to stop crying because I’m “clearly not listening” looking into taking legal action once I’ve gathered more information

My elderly parents have recently registered here and the reception staff have been brilliant and they can always get a doctor's appointment very quickly. They are both very well looked after and the doctors they have seen including Dr Suri have been absolutely incredible. Can't fault them. Please keep uo the great work.

I been lucky enough to be with Dr Suri now for 20 years. All the staff are lovely. I am usually lucky enough to get through to Jay. What an outstanding service they offer. Dr Suri is great they bend over backwards for you. People leaving negative comments must just have been really unlucky or unreasonable. And to think we don’t have to pay in cash. What an amazing service! Great team all round Thanks guys.. as I always say. You guys should run training courses on how to run a great practice

Hello, since April I have breathing problems during the night, it's November and no doctor has even sent me to make any investigation. They prescribe me Salamol Inhaler witch works but I have to call them each time I need a new one. It's not a pleasure to do it because one of the receptionists it's very rude. I'm looking for another GP.
I hope I'll find one where people are doing their jobs without making you feel worse than already are.

I have been with this surgery for a number of years, the doctor is definitely not the best and has big communication problems, in as much as he doesn’t bother to talk to you, not even to tell you what’s wrong. Usually I have to ask which is annoying because we go to the doctor to find out what is wrong. I’ve learnt to diagnose myself and go to the doctor and tell him what’s wrong and what needs doing. He can be a nice person but it’s his capacity as a doctor which is usually failing. I only rely on him for a monthly repeat prescription now which means I only deal with the receptionist now. Add to the problem the fact that he didn’t diagnose my dads cancer which my dad went to him repeatedly about which hurts, that can’t be helped now but maybe he can do better with elderly patients too, it’s life and death to them and they are being failed. I hope he can improve. Also, he has 2 receptionists working there, one of them can be extremely rude and unprofessional and seems to be able to behave how she wants and see’s people phoning in to complain about being ill as being a downer on her day, although there’s been times when she has done her job professionally. The other receptionist is a total sweetheart who is always helpful and gets a lot of stick for the other receptionist’s attitude. I’ve stayed with them because healthcare in Hainault is just as bad at the other surgery due to most people going to them instead of the New North Road establishment, so are always overworked. This isn’t a kick at Dr Suri, it’s a plea to him to improve his services which he is responsible for, half of Hainault is relying on you. You get paid whether you do a good job or bad, surely you can do better and maybe improve your reputation, because reading these reviews are horrendous, is this the contribution to your Society you wanted to give. I hope for your patients sake it isn’t. Thank you for the platform to air my thoughts on this and to anyone reading stay safe and healthy👍

Awful surgery! Would not recommend to anyone! For the 4th time in a row they have failed to call when I have a telephone appointment booked in. They have also referred myself and my son to the place for multiple things meaning I’ve had to chase these things and they can’t do anything without contact from them. I understand that they are overstretched but this is beyond a joke and straight patient negligence at this point. Currently in the process of changing surgery’s and cannot wait!

I have had no problems with the surgery I had very serious issues with my stomach and had reached out to the gp who then saw me that very day and this happened twice in the week. The receptionist was very glad to help me even made sure the doctor saw me as soon as I got there . I'm very glad to be with this surgery as they have gone that extra mile to help me
