First floor reception red haired lady very rude unwelcoming and unhelpful she needs sacking. She should not be in a patient facing role.
Phlebotomy nurses thankfully are friendly and helpful. It’s a shame as front of house are the first people patients see and the front of house staff here are shocking

The most disgusting service I ever received in my years of using the NHS. I was running ten minutes late for appointment due to traffic, and called into the reception to tell them that I was running late and was told that the message would be passed onto the clinicians team. When I arrived, I was told I would no longer be seen. The manner in which I was told was extremely rude, I was told conflicting things by different people and it was clear that the clinicians just did not want to make any small adjustments whatsoever. They claimed they were not informed of my lateness, despite the fact that the receptionist herself confirmed that she passed the message onto the clinicians. The next patient also had not arrived so it was well within their ability to see me. Extremely unprofessional staff who don’t have human empathy anymore. Will never be coming here again.

My GP is based here and helpfully they also have additional services available in the building. I used to go to a hospital for blood tests but have a fear of needles and always had the worst time. The phlebotomists here are brilliant - I always mention that I'm a nervous patient and don't like needles and they are super understanding, calm and relaxed and try and get me sorted as quickly and smoothly as possible, even using baby needles when they can. The room itself is bright, clean and spacious and my appointments always run to time and I'm out as quick as I get in. Very grateful for the supportive staff!!

I visited just today, i reached 20 before my scheduled time for ultrasound and no one was there on reception and one other lady just told me to wait. I just went to toilet and then came back she start asking that you are late and you are lying that you came earlier. After explaining her and one more lady told that i was on time but still she argued again and again almost half an hour. One of the-most ignorant person i ever met.

This branch is a mess - extremely disorganised. I witnessed so many things go wrong while waiting and my own appointment even though confirmed by text and email was not on their records. Taking a day off and travelling 1.5 hours to just be told 45 mims after waiting (and reporting myself to the reception) that the midwife wasn't even there today and they have a problem with the system. And then they tried to intimidate me by saying I didn't bring my notes with me! What would it have changed? I was in tears after this experience.

Today I went for a blood test. Everybody was nice and professional. However Debby Reynolds (reception upstairs) was exceptional. Never have I ever seen someone like Debby in a long time. She was sweet, courteous to every person /patient that walked through the door, catering to each of their needs. I really do believe people like Debby are rare to find now days. Thank you Debby your positive smile, sweet nature never went unnoticed. Wish the world was full of people as sweet as you.

I would give no stars. Honestly very poor unfriendly unwelcoming service provider. I came here for a referral to E&T. On arrival i was running slightly late but was made more late by an obstruction at the reception doors a man was struggling to walk so a few people were made to wait for him to clear doorway.
I was basically told to leave and book another appointment as if I hadn't already been waiting weeks for an appointment to have my ear checked.
There was no other patient waiting at the time to be seen by an E&T doc so they could have easily just seen me quickly instead i was not given any help and just bluntly told there is 'nothing they can do'. Pretty slack if you ask me.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS CLINIC FOR YOUR REFERRALS. THEY DONT CARE

My Daughter and her children are patients at this surgery.
Every time her young child of 1 years old has been seen by a GP here, my daughter always ends up in either A&E, or has to ring 111, then told to take her to be seen elsewhere.
I think as professionals in the medical field, your surgery either needs more qualified Doctors, or be more thorough when flippantly concluding the outcome of my Granddaughters results in the end.
Absolutely appalling service.
