I have just finished the customer service course with my tutor Sabrina and she made me feel comfortable since day one. I was able to understand and learn everything through her teaching. She was also available whenever I needed her help or when I was concerned about the work.
I recommend everyone to join this course, and I strongly believe Sabrina will help you through this.

Hagleys are a great team they helped and guided me through my journey from Universal Credit to become a teacher and an assessor. The team are like a huge family that take the time to talk and get to know you and make you individual learning plans and goals...I have never experienced this approach and dedication from any other training provider. I just recieved my Advance Care Certificate from Hagleys. I would like to thank Mrs Barbara and Hagleys team for the training and guidence. The teaching aid provided at the course are very informative and organised methodically and Barbara's positive attitude and the friendly atmosphere at the class have good impact on the students that everyone participate in the class comfortably and confidently as well. I highly recommend this course for anyone who wants a challange and opportunity to get themselves in carer profession. Good luck.
