I haven't been with this doctors surgery very long, recently switched from a Stourbridge doctor and the experience I have had here is absolutely fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and informative the doctors and nurses have been amazing and they have time for you and are very thorough. Thank you so much! Definitely a 5 star service so far.

Excellent surgery. Even as a new patient I can book an appointment and be seen on the same day. Really short wait times, efficient check in systems, Receptionist is efficient and friendly. Can't fault anything.

I think this doctors surgery is fantastic!
I only joined last year, was really reluctant to change doctors but so glad I moved here. I hear so many people complaining about their doctor surgery and them not getting through on phones or getting to speak to a doctor but Hagley surgery is the complete opposite. Very happy patient here! Definitely recommend

We have moved house recently and join this surgery. I am so impressed with it! Yesterday I went there with my daughter for her appointment. When i checked in via kiosk it told me no appointment has been found for my little one.... after checking tezt message i have realised i came 20 minutes too late (i read message incorrectly) went to speak to the receptionist and she was so lovely, she managed to book us in same day with another doctor. Later i have received call from a doctor that my little one was initially
booked with- he asked after her and whether i have been seen! i am so impressed. Thank you!

I can’t praise this surgery enough. They always allow access to a doctor by telephone or face to face if needed. On many occasions I’ve needed an appointment quickly for both myself or my Mom and received the assistance and medication required. Recently on Saturday the 23rd December for Mom. I was very surprised. Great doctors and staff.

Exceptional surgery. They go above and beyond in my opinion and I do lean on them a lot. I moved into the area during cancer treatment, Anna Mcdonald is a gem and a breath of fresh air, a person that actually listens to you. They call me more than I call them. I do agree on the receptionist issue, very unprofessional - I sat waiting one day and the receptionist was leaving, telling everyone that came in why she was leaving slagging off everyone with a poor me attitude. Personally I don't care about the phone system or the receptionists - it's the GP behind everything that matters to me. The doctors and nurses are exceptional. I would like to add, every single person I have talked to about this surgery have said they have heard how good they are
