Thank you to everyone who works at Hadley Wood. I had a great experience from start to finish when I came in for my ablation. From the lovely lady at reception (can't remember her name, she wears a headscarf and is very polite) to everyone on the ward. Many thanks to Guz, Mark, Lydia, Janet, Grace, Dr Amna, Dr Shah, Dr Abass sorry if I have forgotten anyone else's name.

I had a laparoscopy on the 18th of April. I am now in a worser state than when I first went in and still have my symptoms. To start off with, after my procedure I was very rushed. I had just woken up and was pressured to eat and go to the toilet in order to be dismissed. When the doctor came in to tell me the news that it wasn’t endometriosis I asked what it could be. The doctor seemed unbothered to say the least and simply said “try the combined pill” if he took a SECOND to just read my file he would have seen that I am already on the combined pill. Due to their lack of care and rushed manner I ended up in A&E for 12 hours that very same day, just a few hours later, as they pumped my stomach with too much air. If I hadn’t of been on the safe side and gone to check out the weird chest pain my stomach could have popped. Along side that I have no been bleeding constantly for two months. All this has happened with NO follow up appointment or email from them to check on me despite them being informed of my A&E visit. Truly disappointed. It’s made an already stressful and devastating situation worse.

Went for an MRI no one at reception for 20 mins when my appointment time was 15 mins ago then when I went to check the women gave me attitude as if Im disturbing her break the AUDACITY Then got two of her other friends out and asked if I have filled in the form when no one told me to as if I should have known already and questioned why im being frustrated?This is NHS at its prime I will be sending in the complaint along with the names and photos what a bunch of clowns dont let the pictures fool you the department also looks run down and nobody cares about the patients… clearly they need attitude training and at this rate they deserve to earn minimum wage or even less all things considered little apathetic incompetent weasels

I went for Chest CT Scan. Due to multiple and complex health issues I was told by two major Consultants to give certain very vital medical information before Scan. The Radiologist was least interested and completely ignored what I was saying. She was in rush to get rid of me. Her attitude and mannerism were very rude. In addition during our discussion she called the Consultants liars. Also refused to send a copy of Report/Images to me. As a patient I have a right to get my own medical details. I have already requested both of my Consultants and my GP to avoid using Headly Wood Hospital as far as possible.
