Have been using Cartwrights for prescriptions via phone and in person for a few years. Always helpful.
Never had any problems with the prescription service, all good. Can't see myself using any one else.

I find the pharmacist/assistant in this shop the most unhelpful, and unfriendly, I have ever encountered. In the last two years I have been told by him that a medicine prescribed by the hospital was not available - infact did not exist. I had the prescription filled by another pharmacy who ordered it in for me. Today I asked whether the items I bought were GF? This was met with an unhelpful I can’t see ingredients, don’t know. Other visits, for non-medical items, were also marred by the can’t be bothered to help, attitude. Is it any wonder I walk to the supermarket pharmacy, the next closest dispenser to me, rather than being confronted by this indifference.

The other review about this chemist is positive, so I am wondering why he has taken against me!

Always friendly and always helpful there is no better pharmacy in Hadley than this one would definitely recommend we have had lots of trouble with other pharmacies but no trouble at all with Headley pharmacy 10 out of 10 thank you for all your hard work throughout the pandemic
