I came to the Medical Centre this morning with a minor query about repeat prescriptions for my husband. It was very busy with a queue. The receptionist was welcoming and apologetic because of the wait, which was minimal. She was polite, patient and extremely efficient even though she was under pressure. Having recently joined Haddenham medical Center my experience so far has been excellent, nothing is any trouble when you go to reception and ask for help. The ladies on reception are all charming and helpful. We are so pleased to have made the move. Thank you

Absolutely dreadful. The admin here is appalling. Every time my son has a prescription sent over from the JR the reception team ( or the one person who is only ever on the front desk) misses it. Even though it comes through both on email and the Docman system. The request had been sitting on the system for 10 days, completely ignored. Every time this happens I have to come into the surgery and ask the receptionist to look for it. This should be automatic. Why oh why am I doing your job for you? I've now had to buy the required medication on Amazon as we are going away tomorrow and the pharmacy have still not processed it. Your absolute incompetence has caused me my time, money and a whole lot of stress. It's unacceptable and completely unnecessary. This happens every single time. Fix the problem!

Went for gynaecology appointment Dr was rude wouldn’t listen to me when trying to explain talking over me snapped at me when i answered her 1st question when i got into the room she was passive aggressive just went on and on about my weight even after i explained i was trying to lose weight she was fat herself!! made me feel extremely uncomfortable,very ignorant and arrogant members of staff including reception that i over herd slagging another woman off as soon as she had gone into her appointment as the lady was upset she’d been sat there for too long she was polite an said she had been waiting so long.They then openly slagged her off in front of other patients. This was an absolute disgrace.Learn and work on your manners and people skills .

Having posted a negative review some time ago, I feel it only fair to post a good one now that the new online triage system has been put in place. I filled it in, was told I would be called, was called by a Doctor and then got an appointment for the next day. A much needed and massive improvement in service and patient care.

I used the haddenham medical centre website to report my symptoms and expected a response in line with a minor medical issue. The response took less than 1 minute and my appointment was made for 10 minutes the time it took me to get to the surgery. The appointment was with a Dr who was everything you could wish for efficient, thorough and caring. Amazing and brilliant service I then went next door to immediately collect my prescription. The administrator who booked my appointment even came to say hello when I arrived. Sorry for lack of name calls but it all happened so quickly it was a blur.
