Just came back to London from Spain where I had my Lipoedema surgery. I found Premila who is amazing at MLD and I 100% recommend her! She asked me many times if I was feeling ache, if I was cold or If I was just doing fine. She is empathetic, kind and an expert doing MLD 😊

I visited H3 wellbeing this morning at green lanes finsbury park .to have my ears cleaned. It was a fantastic experience. No more say that again and headaches gone away. The staff was friendly. The clinic was spotless. Quick service. And cheap. I had to tell everyone about this place. Thank you Shelley.

Good Quality Service all round. I've had acupuncture with both Santosh and Renata. Excellent practitioners. Also had reflexology with Eva who no longer practices with H3 but she was very inquisitive, attuned and knowledgeable. Fantastic customer service from reception. Definitely recommend.

I have been going to H3 Wellbeing ever six weeks psince it opened to see Hema for my Chiropody needs. She is excellent, the treatment room is spacious and clean and Hema is very skilled and gives a lot of good advice.
H3 team are very friendly and I really like going there. They offer a variety of health and well being services.

I went to the podiatrist about a painful toe. She did not examine it or offer a diagnosis of what was wrong with it.
I took several pairs of my footwear and asked what was best to wear. She said I should use a new pair of trainers I had just bought. I did this the next day and experienced far more pain.
I now know they were completely unsuitable because of their very flexible sole and I will be passing them on to a charity shop.
She suggested I might need new orthotics and recommended a Harley Street practitioner .. No need for this as a different podiatrist I saw subsequently was able to modify my old ones as part of his consultation.
