I've been attending the babies pay and go sessions for the past 4 months and it's absolutely amazing! Kelly Is amazing and will come round and talk to everyone throughout the 45 minutes. The session itself is amazing! Lots of activities for babies to do and help them develop new skills. There's music in the background of the baby session (not too sure on other sessions) which is nice so the gym isn't dead silent. Lots of open area of those who are crawling or running to explore. We absolutely love the 'warm up' as well as the bubbles and parachute at the end! Staff are lovely and very welcoming! Cannot recommend enough! 10/10

Our son has been attending since 2019 and thoroughly enjoys his weekly session. He was chosen for the squad and the staff have been amazing. Recently he has been unsure about continuing but the staff have done everything they possibly can to make his time at gymnastics more enjoyable and push his potential.

I would always highly recommend gymnastics factory! If you want amazing coaches who are friendly, understanding and caring then this is the place for you!

Fantastic! Took my son to a "gymtastics" holiday course and he absolutely loved it! And didn't stop talking about it after! Great to be able to watch him from the viewing gallery. Very clean facilities! Warm and welcoming staff. Looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend

My children who are now 9 and 6 have been coming to Gymnastics Factory since they were babies! They absolutely love going, they have so much fun and really like their coaches. All the staff are so kind and are always more than happy to do anything or have a chat about anything! My girls do the holiday course aswell as some 1:1 and they progress so quickly with getting so much help from the staff who go above and beyond to help them get things and to build their confidence! I recommend gymnastics factory to anyone looking to get your children into gym, you won’t find better coaches anywhere!

Bad customer service on arrival, I was not acknowledged or greeted.
Nowhere to sit downstairs, very limited seating.
Accessibility poor for parents with buggies, no lift access up to viewing gallery.

The actual gymnastics facilities are amazing here, kids absolutely love it. The provision for the waiting parents however leaves a great deal to be desired (unpleasant seating, poor snacks/drinks and useless wifi) It shows how good the teaching is that so many spend time there.

My two boys absolutely LOVE Gymnastics Factory. Classes are well-structured and fun, staff are really chatty and friendly and the equipment is very clean and well looked after. We have been especially impressed with their organisation and implementation of Covid measures - it feels safe, the rules are clear and they provide excellent guidance at every class to ensure they are enforced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

My daughter has attended classes since she was 16 months old, and 8 years later we still attened every week. The equipment is excellent, the coaches wonderful and the teaching top notch.
