I brought my Scooter in January 2024. Easy to understand assessment of my needs and well explained differences between models. Very pleased with my scooter and the whole sales process,

March 2024, unfortunately I managed to damage one of the power connecters. Rang the shop late afternoon and was asked to bring the scooter in first thing tomorrow morning.
I left the scooter at the shop and went to the local supermarket, whilst in the supermarket I got a call to say my scooter is ready. Great service from very friendly and helpful people.

Fantastic service and a great wheelchair! Can’t thank all of the staff enough for their knowledge, courtesy and customer care! Plus the wheelchair we hired was of excellent quality and we were able to hire for just 48 hrs instead of a week or even more minimum for many other places! We will definitely use them everytime we need something! Thank you!!

Excellent, knowledgeable staff. Jack was a wonderful man, very patient and helpful, showing my Mum how to use an electric wheelchair. We bought it and it was delivered 3 hours later, with clear instructions. I would definitely recommend shopping here for all your mobility needs.

Excellent service. Purchased a power pack wheelchair and after 5 weeks I damaged the rubber on the front wheel, I returned to see Glenn/Jack who repaired it foc. Very happy and would certainly recommend.

My mums mobility scooter wasn't working. It's a lifeline for her and can't be without it. My mum called them today, they came out collected it and fixed it dropping it back off the same afternoon. You don't know how much it means. Absolutely fantastic, very friendly and very very helpful. Definitely recommend

Fantastic service from a friendly local mobility shop. Jack offered great advice and even swapped the mobility scooter that my parents purchased and didn't get on with once they tried it on their holiday, nothing to do with the advice or scooter, more to do with my Mothers ability to drive it! Would definitely recommend this shop to others, a nice change to meet someone where customer satisfaction came before a sale.
